We administer several licences and certificates that you may need before you can lawfully operate. The following approvals do not apply to homes, unless you intend to operate a business from your home. A compliance schedule may be required if your building contains more than one residence. Premises that are going to be used for hairdressing, camping grounds, funeral parlours or offensive trades will need the Health Act registration form.
You may also need a temporary obstruction permit.
